Preseason baseball begins tomorrow, and I have a brand new bike.

I don't like Power Bars

...but they have the distinction of being the only energy bar I've heard of that doesn't have to recall all their peanut-containing products.

I have about thirty bucks' worth of recalled bars (what can I say, they make for a fast breakfast) and getting refunds is proving to be annoying. Throwing away thirty bucks is sort of annoying, too. Considering I've eaten part of every batch I have, I'm toying with the idea of playing Salmonella roulette.

I'm curious to see if this food recall will finally be the watershed event that the [misidentified] tomato/pepper/spinach/other peanut butter recall wasn't.

I haven't been getting enough of the weak winter sun, a bunch of the rats are sick, and I'm letting everything get to me. In other words, my typical winter.
